The SousVide supreme demi water oven is a time-saving, hands-off way to prepare delicious meals and its timer has a maximum range of 99 hours with an audible beep when time is up. Included with the oven is a cooking pouch rack, a user manual with 15 recipes, an instructional DVD, a detachable power cord, and a perforated bottom grill.
